Our biggest congratulations to Remi Siciliano ~ winner of the 2026 Northern Beaches Artist-in-Residence Award at Eramboo!

We can’t wait to welcome you in 2026 for your 6 month residency.

Remi is a visual artist and researcher whose practice is grounded in analogue photography and its intersections with ecology and place. Remi’s work is locally engaged and materially experimental, often exploring site-specificity and site-fidelity.

Once a year, we invite artists and creatives to apply for residency opportunities through our Artist Residency Program.

If successful, you will be allocated your own inspirational studio environment on the Northern Beaches, rent-free, and have a rare opportunity to experiment, express your artistic vision and contribute to the cultural life of the Northern Beaches.

Eramboo Artist in Residence Award

Northern Beaches Council and Eramboo Artist Environment have partnered together to provide a six-month artist residency, in an inspirational bushland environment, for an artist to develop a new body of work or a site responsive creative project.

The Eramboo Artist in Residence program offers free non-residential studio space at Eramboo Artist Environment in Terrey Hills, adjacent to the Ku-ring-gai National Park, a $3000 allowance for materials and mentoring and support towards an exhibition or public outcome.

Eramboo’s unique location gives artists an opportunity to disconnect from fast-paced urban environments, experiment creatively and develop their professional practice in a collaborative studio environment.

Find more details about the program in the Eramboo Residency Guidelines.

KEY DATES for AIR 2027 will be announced later in 2026
