Sculptural Clay Tile Making Courses @ Eramboo

Wednesdays March 4th – 25th 2020

Join us for a 4-week course beginning 4th of March 2020, on Wednesdays, 10:30-12:30pm. These classes will be run over four inspiring weeks in the beautiful bushland scenery at Eramboo Artist Environment on the edge of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park!

Be guided by local artist Michelle Perrett in creating a series of ceramic tiles inspired by the Australian native flora. Find inspiration at Eramboo to develop a range of compositions on your tiles and expand your clay-making skills! Instructor Michelle Perrett will guide the class in discovering how to build up detailed clay surfaces using round and square shaped ceramic tiles as your foundation.

Students will be drawing fresh inspiration and perspectives from the local landscape for tile work incorporating textures, patterns and individual ideas. Bring your own images that inspire you to the first class. Beginner’s welcome!

Bookings essential – Limited spaces available.  Tickets via Eventbrite.
