Watch artists collaborate on a 10 metre long panoramic drawing, inspired by the beautiful bushland surroundings of Eramboo Artist Environment. Facilitated by artist Ingrid Bowen, this LIVE-ART fundraising event is part of the Manly Arts Festival and will evolve in the gallery over the weekend on the 14th & 15th September 10am – 4pm.

Check out our Eramboo Open Studios that weekend as well and Join us for music & refreshments as we close out the show on Sunday 15th from 2pm.

How can we, on the fringes of cities, treasure our forests as keepers of
habitat for flora and fauna and solitude, for us humans? The romance of
forest mountainous landscapes and the sense of joy in isolation has
often been the subject of art and poetry.
Forging a path, off the beaten track is a metaphor for independent thinking and trust in the creative process.
The idea of ‘Into the Pathless Woods’ was to develop new work around the environmental, psychological
and political hopes that we as humans desire to leave for future generations.
